We live at 1717 E Hunter Ave and have had water coming in our basement now twice (once last and once this) and both times the water is overflowing out this mainhole down on the corner of E. Hunter Ave and Eastside Drive. The manhole is actually spinning around it's so much water. The address where that is at is 420 S Eastside Drive I think. Not sure if its' related or just a coincidence with all the rain. The bsement floor drains have not backed up in our house, just water coming up through cracks and around edge of foundation.

When the new sidewalks were installed at the corner of Nota and Woodbine and on Nota, the irrigation system for 2300 E Woodbine was damaged in two spots. Pictures of the sidewalk repair and the invoice for repairs is attached.

Almost all street lights have been out at Oakdale apartments for months. It is almost completely dark around the entire apartment complex during the night/early morning. There are people walking around during these hours (some unhoused), and it seems like a safety hazard. Property management is aware & not responding to emails.

uReport Case #210299 Attn: Jeff Yutmeyer I want to re-open this case because when I went to the rear of my yard this afternoon, I saw that Xfinity/Comcast, cut the cable from my house and let it drop into the thorn bushes. This presents more of a fire hazard because there is a layer of dry leaves on the ground; the cable is still attached to the electrical pole. I quote the city Ordinance 15.040.020 (Abandoned vehicle means): 2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days. The white sedan at 613 S Eastside Drive has not been moved for over 30 days. Plus has a license plate that expired in Nov. 2025. "Neighbors' dispute" or not, does that invalidate the City Ordinance?

There is a row of storage units immediately to the south of my apartment at Brandon Ct. There is a space between the units and a fence that is supposed to be maintained by Henderson Court. As you can see by the photo (I can provide more), it appears that unhoused people use it as a place to sleep. The area is strewn with trash, and mattress/foundation, and I would suspect that drug activity is or has occurred in the space. Furthermore, several packages have been stolen off of my stoop by occupants of this space. Clearly, this poses a health and safety hazard. I ask that the City investigate the area and assess fines and other sanctions against Granite, the listed property owners or managers. In addition to clean up and possible environmental remediation, I want the area secured in such a fashion that in the future no unhoused people can reoccupy the space. The Department may also need to contact Henderson Court for erection of a fence that denies access for the length of the fence that serves as the property line between Henderson Court and Brandon Court.
