I quote the city Ordinance 15.040.020 (Abandoned vehicle means): 2) A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days. The white sedan at 613 S Eastside Drive has not been moved for over 30 days. Plus has a license plate that expired in Nov. 2025. "Neighbors' dispute" or not, does that invalidate the City Ordinance?

There is a row of storage units immediately to the south of my apartment at Brandon Ct. There is a space between the units and a fence that is supposed to be maintained by Henderson Court. As you can see by the photo (I can provide more), it appears that unhoused people use it as a place to sleep. The area is strewn with trash, and mattress/foundation, and I would suspect that drug activity is or has occurred in the space. Furthermore, several packages have been stolen off of my stoop by occupants of this space. Clearly, this poses a health and safety hazard. I ask that the City investigate the area and assess fines and other sanctions against Granite, the listed property owners or managers. In addition to clean up and possible environmental remediation, I want the area secured in such a fashion that in the future no unhoused people can reoccupy the space. The Department may also need to contact Henderson Court for erection of a fence that denies access for the length of the fence that serves as the property line between Henderson Court and Brandon Court. There is an apartment complex which has been in business for over thirty years that has had graffiti on the retaining wall for over six months. It is located at the corner of Fess and 2nd Street. I initially thought that the owners of the complex would do something about it but so far, nothing.

Recurring flooding is affecting yards and driveways in our neighborhood, with water reaching depths up to a few feet during heavy rain events. This occurs several times per year and has resulted in property damage, including several vehicles in the neighborhood. Two culverts carry water beneath the roadway at this location. Based on observed conditions, the culverts appear to be insufficient to handle stormwater during frequent events, creating a backwater effect that causes water to pond in residential areas upstream. Previous inquiries have indicated this may be attributed to the area’s flood zone designation. However, the frequency and severity of flooding suggest this exceeds typical floodplain conditions and may indicate inadequate drainage capacity. Requesting a formal evaluation of the culvert system and overall drainage, including assessment of capacity and consideration of potential improvements.

Does the City have a policy about using tennis courts for pickleball? If not, perhaps you should. I happened to walk past Bryan Park tennis courts this past Saturday. Pickleball players were using one court or maybe two. There was at least one vacant court if any tennis players needed it. I can imagine disputes coming up, which Parks Department would do well to get ahead of. Tennis only. OR Tennis and Pickleball

Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The business is Cup and Kettle Tea Shop. The website says it open, however no direct communication about online orders.
