Overgrown plants and a lot of sticks yard waste on the ground, making sidewalk narrow and not accessible. I don't know if this is city property or residential since it's so close to the bridge.

At the Relato. Entire multi use path is blocked again with no warning and almost certainly no permit. This is dangerous, especially for bikers coming down the hill. Per ureport #209421 response from Kyle Baugh, further incidents will result in a notice of violation being issued. The pattern must be broken, hopefully the violation does that.
Grapevines are growing all over the cables between two telephone poles across the driveway of the neighbor at 2301 East Martha actually that's North Martha Street or I'm in front of that house and I'm on North Martha Street I don't know. The cable is hanging two cables are hanging approximately a yard above the ground three or four cables are affected by this the city cleared out a lot of Honeysuckle and other weeds that were around one of the telephone poles this needs to be done again so that all of this Vines and honeysuckles does not grow on the cables and obstruct cause a hazard.

Hello- The drain in our cul de sac regularly is clogged and I've written about this before. The pipe which runs from the drain to the city easement drainage creek, runs through our back yard. The city sent out a crew several years ago and Phil Peden emailed with pictures saying there were multiple breaches as someone (before we moved here in 2011) connected to the pipe with gutter discharges or something. He said it was our responsibility to fix the pipe, but since it deals with city water using our property, I was hoping the city could help us. We have regularly had water in our basement since moving here and have spent thousands of dollars drying it. The whole water from the neighborhood comes towards us, as well as the golf course water down the service road in our backyard. Our neighbors' yard along creek is overwhelmed with water as well. 7th St has alternate street side parking. With the recent snowfall, cars on the parked side were boxed in, and snow on the no parking side was pushed onto previously cleared sidewalk, according to my renter. That mean it is full of ice clumps, making it impossible for she or me to remove. Can the city actually remove some of the snow for us - we know the first effort was to clear streets, but it impossible lift for a senior to clear twice the height of packed road snow on the sidewalk.
I had sent in a request on 5/19/25 Case #202787 reporting that Olive Street needs a concrete curb installed. Due to the excessive rainfall this has caused flooding issues for 1502 S. Olive and the house on the corner of Hillside and Olive (1144 E. Hillside Dr.). I was informed that this was on the paving list and there was plans for an asphalt curb. I called on 6/9/25 and spoke to the Engineering dept. (Iris) about installing a concrete curb instead of asphalt. There is already a partial concrete curb that runs past 1502. It needs to have a concrete curb all the way up the hill so that rain will not flood into the driveway and along the house of 1502, plus it runs past the curb into the yard of 1144 E. Hillside causing flooding in the basement. They have a sump pump now, but it's old and could quit at any time. It's already August and there hasn't been any kind of activity on this street. Do you have an estimated date as to when the street will be paved and the curb installed? Also, there is a construction sign in the yard of 1144 E. Hillside that has been there all summer and would like it to be moved. Thank you for any information you can provide!
Every time it rains our street floods severely and then backs up onto the sidewalks and coats them in a thick layer of mud. It’s a combination of heavy storms that the storm drain on the corner of 12th and Walnut cannot keep up with and a residual problem caused by the fiberware that was installed last year. Ever since they dug up the corner of 12th and Walnut the ground is nothing but mud and has been slowly taking over the sidewalk. It is unsafe to walk on as it is incredibly slippery and is at least an inch thick.
