Leak at water meter in front yard

167265 was a previous case of the same problem. It was closed by Kelsey Thetonia. I report that the creek is intermittently very dirty and muddy looking. It was very clear yesterday and now it is very dirty, like previous pictures I have sent. Since it was clear yesterday and hasn't rained since Saturday, it seems like it is more than simple runoff. I love at 2645 at a dead end road. My neighbor to the right has multiple vehicles when there guest come they park in front in my card!!! They park on the other side of the street right in front of my drive way to the point when I leave I can’t just back out. I asked the neighbors not to and still they keep doing it

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. A rental at the corner of Mitchell and 2nd St has many bags of open garbage that are smelling up the neighborhood. Sanitation probably didn't pick it up because of the amount of garbage. Who is supposed to contact the realtor or renters? The situation is horrible.

When trying to make a turn from Orris Dr onto W. 11th St, the excessive growth from this home obscures the view enough to where a driver has to stick the nose of his/her car all the way out on 11th to be able to see if the way is clear. Obviously, this is dangerous. It could cause an accident with cars, schools busses running to and from Tri-North, or any pedestrian walking down the sidewalk - which, in and of itself, is obscured.
