Water Utility Billing Problems

Hello. My name is Seung Jae, Lee and my accout number is 49236-012. I left US on May 11th and I submitted terminating my water service as well.
I have a question that I paid rest of my payment when I left my renting house(address : 2789 E.Bressingham Way, Bloomington, IN, 47401) but I found out that there is about $73 in my account. So is this amount of money belongs to me or next person who rent the house that I lived?
If you let me know how I can solve this problem, it would be great. Thanks.

How does one email the mayor or any other city official? This ought to be part of our digital century. More specifically, i want information on how I can personally filter my water to make it safe. I'd like to see water safety information front and center on your website. Thanks.

Clear creek trail from church lane to tap road needs over hanging limbs and side growth trimmed back. Also the trail itself needs attention as several places have debrie from storms. I reported this about a week ago but nothing happen. A gentleman riding his bicycle was dodging an overhead branch just north of the water fountain and hit a small branch lying on the trail which caused him to wreck. He was not injured.
Thank you

Someone has been leaving cat food outside in a Common Area at 3200 John Hinkle Pl, zip code 47408. I have complained to Tempo Properties, the property management company, but little has been done to address this issue and the problem is still ongoing. At first, there was a bowl of food and water left outside in the common area to feed a cat. It appears Tempo Properties, or someone else, removed these, which then prompted the owner of the cat to simply dump a pile of cat food onto the carpet. This food in turn attracts many ants, bugs, and other animals and is very unsightly. I would like to note as well that each individual unit in the building has its own deck where an occupant or tenant could reasonably place a bowl of food and water for their pet without infringing on the Common Areas. Further, the Crescent Park Homeowners Assoc policies specifically prohibit keeping pets in any of the Common Areas. Despite these complaints, again, Tempo Properties has done nothing else to address the issue. I have many photos of the cat food, some of which I will attach to this complaint form. I would be happy to provide more photographs if needed.

I'd like to invite one of my friends to one of the classes: Utilizing Water in the Landscape, but there is no way to share the course description with him! Ordinarily I would cut and paste the description from a .pdf, but the format the Summer 2013 Program Guide is in doesn't let me do that. I'm not going to send him the whole thing --- that's way too much information. Please let me know if there is some way I can just cut and paste one of the course descriptions.
Thanks for your help!

Hi, there. Not sure who to send this to, so I'm hoping you can forward it on.
First, I recently came across this idea of closing streets (temporarily) to allow kids to play. I think it would be amazing to see something like this in Bloomington. http://www.reading.gov.uk/residents/community-and-living/play-streets/
Secondly, I took my three year old to Touch a Truck this year. What a wonderful event! We had a blast. He has been every year of his life, but this was the first time I was able to go with him. I wanted to give my feedback about the amount of candy at the event. It seems like it was everywhere and several other moms I talked to were really upset about it (especially since a lot of it was hard candy or really chewy stuff that can be a choking hazard for very young children). I think the trucks are the main event and the kids are so excited to see them. Adding candy to the mix just complicates things unnecessarily. Personally, I was really surprised to see the giant colors of fruit drinks (which I assume were donated by Pepsi). It was SO hot outside. I had forgotten our water bottles and really would have loved a drink of cold water. Our kids don't drink fruit drinks, so we just waited until we left and got water bottles elsewhere. But I would hope that Parks & Rec is all about encouraging healthy bodies, right? Maybe Pepsi could bring some water next year.
Thanks.
