I’m wondering when water is supposed too be back on?

The company that came out to install new fiber hit my water line yesterday during the day. When I came home from work I noticed all the trucks from City of Bloomington working on it. I talk to them and they said they will need to shut off my water for a few hours while it got fixed, and then to run my tub for about 5 minutes and it should all be fine. I left until this morning and went to run my tub and get my water back to normal. I have water coming out of my taps, but there is no pressure and I have no information about what happened or if it has been fixed. Please get back to me ASAP as I can not bath or wash anything in my house. I would also very much like to know the company that is in charge of digging for this new fiber as they have left a mess all over my neighborhood. Thank you very much, Nick

Our home has reduced water pressure today, I noticed it earlier this morning, last night it was fine. I don't see any leaks running onto street or in neighboring yards. If pressure was automatically lowered this is concerning, our home has boiler heat and when this happened in the winter our boilerwas negatively impacted. Can our pressure be restored? Thanks

My roommates and I have discovered that there was a leak with one of our toilets which caused it to continously run. So after we received our first month water bill we noticed that the bill was outrageously high and we immediately called the landlord to fix the leak. Since there was a leak, I am requesting a water bill appeal form if possible. Thank you.

my address 515 1/2 W Howe st. Bloomington 47403. I have recently noticed decreased water pressure at least half or more at all hours of the day. I have no leaks in my home and am unsure which meter is mine but it does not appear to be spinning. I am unsure of who to contact the city or my landlord. Significant water leakage from the water meter behind 108 N Union St. Water running down the driveway between 106 and 108. Please investigate urgently to insure that we aren't getting charged excessively for water usage.

Hello, our water meter lid had a hole in it and seems to be sinking. We are trying to get our yard leveled and would like to know if the meter "pit" can be raised and the lid replaced. The faucet in the kitchen sink is clogged, with very low water flow after the smart meter installation.
