We recently had a plumbing contractor come out to our house to inspect our plumbing. They indicated that our water pressure was between 90 to 100 PSI and could be caused by a problem from our water utility. They indicated that the pressure should be less than 60 PSI and that such high pressure could damage our pipes and appliances that use water. Is this something that the City's water utility team could look into? Thank you!

The button for the dog water fountain is sticky. I've walked past it a couple times and water is trickling out of the lower bowl. If I push the button a couple times it gets unstuck and the water stops.

The pedestrian bridge over the creek {Early History Trail} RCA Park has a massive blockage of trees limbs etc. Heavy rain creates a massive pool of water the eventually releases down stream, affecting property down stream. Please remove. Thankyou

I've been meaning to report for some time. During major rain events stormwater rushes into my basement in through the sanitary sewer drain. The last time was June 2021 and storm water poured in for 8-10 hours solid. Luckily I have installed a sump pump that kept the overall water level manageable. I've lived at this address for 10+ years and this problem has occurred 3-5 times total. It only happens when the storm water system is overwhelmed. I believe the same happens for my neighbors. Is there anything I can do to prevent more back flow during major rain events?

Water fountain is not turned on, it had some teenager damage from last year, perhaps there is a work order in on it? I tried replying to your email last time, no go, and for some reason, I could not find a staff directory on the city's website.

1800 E Hillside & 1500 S Dorchester, water valve cover popped off. Sitting at base off stop sign. Reported this Tuesday morning & told we'll get someone out right away to fix. That was 48 hrs ago.

Hello. Last year there was a major rainstorm in Bloomington that managed to adversely affect the storm drainage between my house and the next door neighbor. The storm activity managed to wash out a small corner of soil on the other side of the fence. Now any time it rains and thereafter, the ground is fairly wet (puddles) and the corner with missing soil fills up. This water manages to linger for days from outside the fence and through the yard. I'm requesting someone from Stormwater to visit my home on 10 June 2022; any time of day is fine. I ask for this date because I'm off work and we can survey together. This has been an ongoing issue for some time and I'm seeking suitable remedy. I have additional photos to share, however, seeing this in person would be beneficial. Since Park Ridge Rd was recently resurfaced, after every rain, lots of water stands for several days. Not properly sloped to drain. Mosquito breeding pool; winter ice skating rink at intersection.

It appears that there is an long term, ongoing, active water leak coming from Sigma Pi chapter house 1430 N Jordan Ave, Bloomington, IN 47406 - on the left side of the property. Water is coming from the house, into some puddles on the drive way and leaking away from the property on to Theta Chi. I can't imagine how much water has been leaking and for how long, but it should be addressed.
