Large areas of potholes, some very deep, on Highland Avenue. The worst area is just north of Winslow Road, where the Winslow Trail merges with the sidewalk on Highland. Often filled with water so it is difficult to tell how deep they are when driving. Also, large areas of potholes are present on both sides of Rogers Road, toward the top of the hill at the entrance to The Stands neighborhood (up the east hill from the Winslow/High/Rogers Roundabout). 703 N Washington had had a constant pool of water along the sidewalk for the past 6+ months. It appears to be over the meter cover. The primary problem is that this had been a mosquito breeding ground all summer.

Neighbor has a new asphalt "ramp"to driveway blocking water runoff. I definitely understand the need for the ramp. However,could there be a way to open up a small channel through it? This photo of the standing water was taken on Sunday - 48 hours after the last rain. There was already a tendency for debris and muck to accumulate there before this. Thanks for any help.
