Thanks for sending someone out to check E Windermere Woods Dr...there was one (filled with dirt) storm sewer drain but based on what I'm seeing this morning, I wondered if both of them might be clogged down there on the segment from Covenanter north to rounding the bend up into the condo village. A supervisor checked it (thanks) and said someone would be out next week to clean it out. If they could make sure all drainage along that segment is working that would be great. Lots of standing muddy water down there this morning. Tried to submit a photo but I'm not sure it's going through. Appreciate you all!

There is some kind of water leak in the yard of the building on the corner of grant and Kirkwood. A new handicap spot was just given to the parking there, but water continuously flows down the sidewalk, which means that it turns to Ice in the winter. Not a great place to walk - especially if you are handicapped.

Thanks for replacing curb removed to repair water main break. But, will the city fill the space behind the new curb to prevent erosion and standing water? The yard was dug up by the city to work on the water pipe.

Water bubbling up through pavement along north side of Arden Dr just west of the intersection with Wilton Dr. I reported this earlier in Case #182328. It was reportedly investigated and resolved. But I don't know what "resolved" means. It is still happening, just as it was when the temperature was well below freezing.

water meter cover (??) missing on sidewalk on the west side of college, just north of the train bridge (about a block south of 14th st). trip hazard. not sure if it was removed for construction or what but it's been gone for about a month. thanks!

Behind our property there are depressed areas in the field which appear to be getting bigger. During a recent rain storm my daughter indicated that you could hear water running under them. Not entirely clear if they are directly over the drainage piping that runs into our back yard/creek-bed but they're close enough that if one of the pipes was cracked or compromised it would likely create a sink hole. Would like to have someone come check it out just to make sure that it's safe to be around.

The issue occured in Winslow Woods Creek during native habitat restoration in the creek running north to south between Aug 3, 2023 and Aug 4, 2023. The Urban Greenspace volunteer Weed Wrangle team were working in a dry creek on Thursday Aug 3 pulling Japanese stiltgrass between 8am to 10am. On our return Friday morning Aug 4, 8am to 10am, we found the creek saturated, pools of water in some areas, our pulled weeds banked in small dams, all indicating a flood had occurred during the 24 hour period. It did not rain during this period. I called CBU 812 339 1444, on Aug 4, at 1:44pm, to ask if a water main had been discharged during the time in question. No one has returned my call. Issue: Sewage backed up into two homes under our management: 1. 1403 West Allen Street 2. 1405 West Allen Street Significant amount of toilet paper and feces was deposited in basement. Had to be professionally removed and disinfected. Question: Did the City flush or work on lines near or around the Allen Street Properties recently? Is this a normal occurrence? The pipes appear to be clear now, water runs through freely.

We are contacting you with hopes of getting some advice regarding the storm water stream that runs along E Vernon Ave in Matlock Heights neighborhood. There is a storm/ rain water stream( path) that runs under N Dunn Rd , goes west on E Vernon Ave and under Fritz Dr and eventually goes into a larger creek. Over the past few years this pathway has been deteriorating with some of the road erosion happening right before the water goes into the culvert under our driveway. The previous owner of our property added some rocks and blocks but it does not solve the road erosion problem. We are needing guidance and help since we do not know how to address the erosion and also the public road.
