Left a voice message saying her clients at the Monroe Medical Art property are affected by property taking for I-69. She was told we are working with the I-69 developer for utility relocation work and wants to make sure their water and sewer will be taken care of.
This apt is in the Woodland Springs complex. apt #B 22. tenant says the roof leaks and she has to use a plunger to get the toilet to flush. She said the landlord gave her the plunger and told her to use each time they flush. The toilet runs over often and they end up with ankle deep water.
MR SEUBERT STATES THAT THE STORM WATER PIPE ON THE EAST SIDE OF LEONARD SPRINGS ROAD BETWEEN 3100 - 3200 IS CLOGGED. WHEN IT RAINS THE WATER POOLS IN THE NORTHBOUND LANE CAUSING A DANGEROUS SITUATION. There is a creek that runs in the back of his property. The drain is clogged. The property in the back has recently done some landscaping diverting the water to Johnson's property. The creek runs into a culvert. The culvert seems to be clogged causing a backup of water on Johnson's property. Gary Walls is the builder. The house was built in 1996.

Also said the variation occurs with such force a loud "booming" noise can be heard in the water line to the complex. SG advised Tom Staley of the problem and Tom is investigating.
