Camera in sewer reports clean intermittant water in surges. Bill want us to see if we can verify a sump pump into the sanitary and request inspections. Call Bill with details.
Ms. Miller has a problem with water running into basement. Water coming from neighbors downspouts diverted underground near the hemlock trees. (912 Ballantine). Creates excess water at 916 and problems for neighbors down the street.

Mr. Sinn owns the property at 409 S. Swain Avenue. On the east end of the lot which involves three lots is standing water. This is an ongoing problem and Mr. Sinn would like an update regarding this issue. Please give him a call. He stated that he has been trying to contact Mr. Heald but has been unable to do so. He requested a citizen action order to be issued.
Mr. Impey says that there was water coming up from the street which was the result of poor drainage from the Deer Park development.
The sidewalk in front of 720 gets covered wiwth sand each time it rains. It appears that the curb at the eastern alley does not keep the water in the gutter as it is supposed to.
Received complaint week of 8-26-96 concerning water problem @ the alley and sidewalk since the new curb was put in.
SEE ATTACHED LETTER. Mr. Zeller believes that the water problem that he has in his basement is caused by the Carlisle Braking Company which borders his property. He has been dealing with the problem approximately 10-12 years.
