The condition of Miller Shower park is getting worse day by day. It was clean and beautiful last fall but now it is covered with water plants and getting worse. Is it due to lack of funds that there is not maintenance?

The baby pool at Bryan park is significantly colder than the main pool. Babies need warmer water, not colder, especially now that they can’t take a break by going down the slides on their parent’s lap anymore.

Tents set up overnight. Tons of trash. Social gatherings > 15 people. Alcohol and drug use. Apparently city has social workers at park to hand out free water and supplies. Nobody is taking care of real problems.

Water fountain near NE corner of Showers Bldg has not been turned on this year. Additionally, the fountain near the flag pole hasn't worked for years. Water is important for people (and dogs) doing their bit for health and public engagement. If we can't have water, announce a policy and remove the fountains.

Hello! I am an avid Bryan Park runner. I've noticed that the water fountain near the tennis courts frequently does not work. You can push the button but no water pops up. Sometimes you have to push it 8+ times for it to start working, but sometimes this doesn't even work. Thanks for looking into it!!

Many of humans at the Ferguson Dog Park do not know how to use the T-valve to turn on the water, or that spray will cool and clean their dog.
Please post instructions, or use a magic marker to point the way.

Dear Ms. Granger,
I am writing to you again this year about the "encampment" of vagrants near Cascades Park in your council district. Located near the corner of N. College and Old 37 it is a threat to the health and safety of our community. Children play in the water downstream from this filth. Thank goodness the disabled child recently lost in Cascades did not wander into this place. The fact that this "encampment" is on a parcel of land owned by the state is hardly an excuse to allow it to exist so close to a city park frequented by families with children.
Please do something about this.
Cordially,
Ron Clees
