We received an extremely high water bill this past month. I was on the phone with someone from the Utilities department and they explained to me that out meter was running high from 2/1 and then by 2/18 it was back to normal. During that time we received no notification that we had our water was running high and we even had a plumber come out but it was a day after our meter went back down. I want to know if our meter can be re-read to make sure it is running accurately and to get our bill readjusted because I will not pay a $800 water bill.

Drainage or Runoff

Large pool of water at 908 S. Larkspur Lane, Bloomington. There is no drainage. (I could not choose location on your map because every time I try to zoom in it zooms all the way out to whole globe view. Also, I couldn't upload photo because you don't allow uploaded from phone gallery. Only option it gave me was upload from Box app and that wouldn't work. Y'alls website sucks)

Trying to use the online bill pay service for water, but it repeatedly is erroring out on me. Here is the error (stack trace), better error handling would be great, as this is not human readable in terms of actions to take.. Server Error in '/eSuite.Utilities' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server. The current custom error settings for this application prevent the details of the application error from being viewed remotely (for security reasons). It could, however, be viewed by browsers running on the local server machine. There is ABSOLUTELY no way we used this much water in a month. This is a 1100% increase month-to-month in our bill from January to February. Our meter has to be reading wrong!

My water utility bill seems to have an extreme issue and this is quite urgent. I was charged $525.70 for the month of February for my water bill which is basically impossible to do and especially with little to no change in our water usage from month-to-month. This is more than a 1,000% increase in charges from last month. I want this to be looked at as soon as possible and closely please!
