Dead tree limbs, dead flora, conbustable waste, decaying wood logs, spread all over the property. Owner purposely piling conbustable waste along the property lines. Violates 6.06.020 Bton Code of Ordinances
Owner collected yard waste, conbustable waste, into large burn pile on their private property. The burn pile is added to each year, and is never disposed of. We have 2 adult and about 5-6 kits roaming our yard and neighborhood and becoming aggressive towards our neighborhood pets. Also concerned about children as we have grandchildren visit often and there are other small children on the block. We had a rabid fox a few years ago in our yard (another house - we've moved). These don't appear rabid at this time, but know they are carriers.

Want to report that the main for the irrigation system at Windermere Woods is leaking (corner of Covenanter/College Mall Rd.) Can someone please inspect this? This runs on a City meter.
The tap water at 2600, East 2nd Street today is even worse than yesterday. It smells like plastic and tastes like some medication. We were not able to brush our teeth this morning, it was so disgusting! Never ever happened before, not for the last 20 years! Can't believe it is safe to drink.
Water has been tasing bad lately, much more like lake water
There are multiple issues. This home is abandoned. The floor in front of the door is missing and someone can fall directly into the basement. Many dead trees and branches on property. The front door and many windows are wide open. Garage doors have been vandalized and sprayed with graffiti. I have many other photos and can send them if needed.
