Clogged storm drain

Subsidence Small, still in its beginning stage. Observation; this not your first, second or even the third sewer grate to repaired in this neighborhood. Can I ask the question if it is a Mfg. defect in their storm grate design, or an installation issue. After moderate to heavy rain, our storm sewer does not drain properly. Front yard and driveway are flooded regularly. Some drainage work has been done in our neighborhood by the city, but not on Post Rd.

The retention pond beside our house is not draining very well. In the past 10 years soil has collected and changed the grade of the land. The culverts that pipe water in are 90% blocked.

The retention pond beside our house is collecting oily water. Something nasty is building up on the storm sewer.

Black top patch not filled in yet. The cut and concrete back fill were done very well, but I think the final leveling with Black was forgotten. No safety hazard, just an FYI kinda thing. Thank you

I wasn't sure what category would be best to file this in - In an alley between Fairview and Maple there is an extremely deep grate that I have seen people and cyclists (even with headlights) hurt themselves in. It would be nice if it could be made less deep in some way
