N College Ave crosswalk next to CVS is just a standard crosswalk and I go down this street everyday home from work and it's very dangerous. I usually drive in the left lane because right lane has more potholes. I see pedestrians crossing this street and cars do not stop. I will stop in left lane for pedestrian but right lane does not see person crossing and has to slow down quickly. Would be nice if we can get a crosswalk that alerts drivers like the one on South Walnut Street. My fear is that someone will get struck by a car crossing this street. Today someone crossed I stopped for them and right lane car next to me almost hit them driving fast down this lane. I hope this can be taken into serious consideration. Can the City not require the Indiana Railroad to install some type of flashing light, larger warning sign or something to help prevent this from happening? There has been an increasing amount of trucks hitting this bridge, at least 6 in the past year that I'm aware of.

People absolutely FLY down our road (west 8th). Multiple family pets have been hit and kids are always trying to play outside but have to worry about cars not paying attention. Speed bumps need to be put in.

Is there a way to level Allen St from the stop sign back about 50 feet at the Bloomfield Rd intersection? The slope causes accidents and near accidents. We've had 3 cars in our yard since we've been there. We've had to fix up the chain link fence best we could. In 2 situations, our gas meter was hit, which is a serious hazard. Alternatively, could Bloomfield Rd be made inaccessible from Allen St (either a one way or block it off)? Thank you for reading this. Sincerely, Theo

At the intersection of East 10th street and N Smith Rd, N Smith R gets very backed up because traffic does not stop on East 10th. If someone wants to turn left, they have to wait for traffic coming from both ways. There is one lane on N Smith Road so traffic becomes backed up very quickly when someone needs to turn left. This happens especially in the afternoon. Traffic can become so backed up it extends past Meadow Park Apartments, nearing a hill. This can be dangerous when cars cannot see the stopped traffic until after coming over the hill.

Four way stop at E. Longview and N. Glenwood West. Issue: vehicles fail to fully stop at stop signs. Hazard and safety concern for pedestrians and park users in this four-way stop location. Request: Mark stripes at each stop sign where vehicles are to fully stop. This to cause some attention to this stop sign issue where folks roll through and sometimes do not stop this causing danger for park users in the "hill area" chasing a ball and small children. Just requesting four bold stripes to delineate the stop sign marking on the street to emphasize the requirement to stop. Please reply so I know that you have received this request. paint on the speed bumps has faded along Longview and the speed bumps are difficult to see. It would be great if they could be repainted. Really all of Longview needs repaving, but I know that isn't happening this year and it would be helpful if the painting could happen sooner rather than later to increase the visibility of those bumps.

Can we get a No-"J"-brake sign going west on 3rd before the S.Clairizz light? I know this is State Rd. But the noise is a city/quality-of-life issue. Tx!

I have speeding cars using my street (East Park Lane) as a shortcut from/to Smith Rd to 3rd St/Pete Ellis. This will only get worse when the new IU hospital opens. We have new families with children walking and biking this street. There isn't a sidewalk and this isn't about the amount of traffic. It is a road psychology issue. An example: delivery and lawn-care trucks w/trailers use out street to avoid the speedbumps on Morningside and Longview. Thank you for your attention.
