Every night nearly people let off fireworks here in a residence area Tonight is big professional grade fireworks at 10pm. They let off these fireworks most nights. It scares people with PTSD and animals and nohody seems to do anything about it
Hi, I live at the end of a cul-de-sac and every week trash/recycling truck goes in reverse (direction of my yard) to complete turn. The back of truck has ran into my yard three times now over the last few months creating a huge divot. I work hard to keep my front yard looking nice. I didn’t complain the first two times. Instead I went out of my way to add dirt, grass seed, and straw. I am pretty fed up now. I would appreciate it if the city repairs damage and prevents this from happening again.

Report revised from 6/22 Illegal Dumping in Drainage Easement and Common Conservation areas in Gentry South- Course construction sand (over 100 square feet and up to 10" deep) plus tree brush and other mulched woody material, large insect ridden sawed cut logs (including 47" logs), small rock and trash items have been dumped into the drainage easement area behind my house (nearest the back property line). The area that serves to hold flood water is being filled in, invasives are taking hold where the sand is, and the large debris is damaging trees. I know the area was free from this for at least 6 years prior, even during record water flow. The first occurrence was in early April 2020 and happened again the next year during early April 2021. These dumps are sudden. It was free of more sand at the end of March. Then, a week later there was suddenly a large dump of sand again. I was quoted $4,000 to remove the first dump of sand. The first sand dump is not easily seen from Google maps. Additionally, someone has dumped what looks like yard mulch/waste twice in this neighborhood’s Common Area/Conservation Easement. I have some idea regarding how this is happening but will not put this information on a public report.
Due to the rain yesterday, my basement has flooded and many others in Winslow Farms have as well. There is not enough drainage in place to handle the water that comes to my immediate area with a heavy rain. I have a storm drain in the backyard between my home and the neighbors. This drain is not sufficient to deal with the water for this whole area. Many times during the year in heavy rains, this drain gets overwhelmed and we get a large pool in backyard. Unfortunately, this time, the water rose to a point where it entered into my basement and I am now dealing with many thousands in damage. It seems that someone from the city needs to come analyze the drainage situation in this area of Winslow farms and some additional drainage systems or drains need to be added. A homeless individually, who has made a camp under the B-Line bridge, is urinating in open view. This morning he pulled his shorts down and exposed himself. He was within the view of multiple offices. There is also an excess of trash and junk.
Homeless individuals are urinating through the fence line onto our property, multiple times a day. This morning, as I came into my office and opened my blinds, an individual exposed himself by taking off his pants to urinate. They are littering trash all over and throwing clothing items over the fence. Their animals are also running around off-leash, sometimes even barking at pedestrians on the B-Line, occasionally chasing after them.
Our ticket #175393 was closed. It states that the tree cut down by the city could not be replaced due to utility issues. We are ok with that and fully understand. However, is it possible for the stump to be removed? We keep cutting the new growth on the top of the stump, but it does not look very good.
