PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The City of Bloomington is seeking Bids for the construction of new concrete sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and other work as described in the plans and specifications at the intersections of 4th Street/Rogers Street and Allen Street/Walnut Street.
BIDS DUE: JUNE 13TH, 2017 by 4:30 PM.
Sealed bids shall be received by the Planning and Transportation Department, at City Hall, 401 North Morton Street, Suite #130, Bloomington, Indiana, at or before 4:30 PM local time on June 13, 2017. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud by the Board of Public Works at 5:30 PM local time on June 13, 2017, at its meeting in the City Council Chambers, Showers Building, 401 North Morton Street, Bloomington, Indiana. Any bids received after the designated time will be returned unopened. Bids will be reviewed and the award may be made at the June 27, 2017 meeting or at a subsequent meeting of the Board of Public Works.

PRE-BID MEETING: THERE WILL BE A PRE-BID MEETING FOR THIS PROJECT IN THE HOOKER CONFERENCE ROOM LOCATED AT SHOWERS CITY HALL, 401 NORTH MORTON STREET, BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA ON TUESDAY, MAY 30TH, 2017 AT 10:30 AM LOCAL TIME. THE MEETING IS NOT MANDATORY.
