CBU Website Undergoes Redesign and Security Updates

Bloomington, Ind. - The website where City of Bloomington Utilities customers may pay their bills is undergoing updates to enhance the privacy and security of customers’ information.  Starting Friday, February 15, the site at https://bloomington.in.gov/utilities/pay-bill will also have a different look and offer different features.

Customers will now be prompted to enter a username and password before paying their bill with a credit or debit card. In the past, users were asked to enter their account number and financial information for each transaction. With the new site, that information can be saved after logging in for the first time. Users will also be able to manage multiple accounts under one username.

Customers will still be able to make their payment by mail, telephone, or in person at 600 E Miller Dr.; those enrolled in the AquaPay program for automatic withdrawals will not be affected by the site redesign.
