The City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) department invites community members to the grand opening of the new bulk water station at 3220 South Walnut Street this Friday, September 20. Mayor John Hamilton will welcome those attending the event, where the 24-hour high-volume filling station will be demonstrated at 1 p.m.
