This project will resurface portions of downtown streets including College Avenue, Walnut Street, 4th Street, and 6th Street.
While primarily focused on asphalt resurfacing, this project will also include pedestrian safety and accessibility improvements such as new curb ramps, intersection bump-outs, and accessible parking spaces.
The final plan set has three parts. Construction is expected in both 2024 and 2025.

1. Bids to be advertised on July 8, 2024
2. Pre-Bid meeting July 18, 2:00 p.m. @McCloskey Conference Room at 401 N Morton Street or by Zoom.
2. Tentative Bid award July 30, 2024
3. Construction to begin in 2024.
