This project consists of asphalt pavement resurfacing (mill and overlay) of South Patterson Drive, West Patterson Drive, and West Grimes Lane between West 3rd Street and South Walnut Street. The project also includes South Rogers Street from West Patterson Drive to West 3rd Street (omitting the section between West 1st Street and West 2nd Street). Other work may include curb ramp replacement, sidewalk repair, pavement patching, sign replacement/installation, traffic signal maintenance, crosswalk improvements, and other maintenance and safety improvements if feasible.
Up to 50% of project funding may be provided by the Community Crossings Matching Grant (CCMG) program.

Public Notice for the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP):
The City of Bloomington is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with the requirements of Construction Stormwater General Permit to discharge stormwater from construction activities associated with the Patterson-Grimes and Rogers repaving project. Run-off from the project site will discharge to existing storm sewers which outfall into West Branch Clear Creek and Clear Creek. The project will take place on South Patterson Drive from 3rd Street to South Fairview Street with a paving exception at West 2nd Street, West Patterson Drive from South Fairview Street to South Morton Street, West Grimes Lane from South Morton Street to South Walnut Street, and South Rogers Street from West Patterson Drive to West 3rd Street with a paving exception from West 1st Street to West 2nd Street.
