City of Bloomington Utilities To Launch Utility Access Customer Portal

The City of Bloomington Utilities will soon launch Utility Access, a new online customer portal designed to give water, wastewater, and stormwater customers greater control, convenience, and clarity when it comes to managing their utility accounts.

Beginning August 4, 2025, customers can register for Utility Access at bton.in/UAccess and start taking advantage of a variety of new features aimed at simplifying the billing experience and improving service.

Key Features of Utility Access:

  • 24/7 Account Access – View and pay bills anytime, from any device.
  • Manage Multiple Accounts – Access multiple accounts from a single email address.
  • AutoPay Enrollment – Schedule automatic payments to avoid late fees.
  • Paperless Billing – Go green and get your statements via email.
  • Usage Tracking – Monitor your water use over time to spot trends and improve efficiency.
  • Secure Payments – Pay with confidence using encrypted payment processing.
  • Communication Preferences – Receive bill reminders and service alerts.

What to Expect

  • New Customers: You will need to create a new Utility Access account starting Aug. 4 using your account number and the full name used to sign up for service. Look for both on your most recent bill.
  • Existing Customers: If you are currently enrolled in eSuite, you will need to create a new password starting Aug. 4.
