Position Description

Supervise pro shop attendants, starter/ranger attendants, and cart/driving range attendants. Open and close clubhouse, operate point of sale software, cash drawers, account for daily receipts, check in in tee times, telephone etiquette, customer service, retail shop sales, serve food, maintain food service area, clean. Other duties as required. Report to Manager of Golf Facilities.

Education

High school education or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Experience/Special Skills

Golf course experience helpful, strong customer relations skills.
Ability to work well with people, to follow directions and work independently. Must be self-motivated. Knowledge of golf rules and etiquette preferred. Computer point of sale, cash drawer, food service knowledge, and alcohol server license are helpful.

Hours

Hours arranged between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. including week nights and weekends. 25-40 hours per week.

Wage

$11.61-$12.88 per hour
