Experiencing Financial Hardship? We Can Help.

If you’re having trouble paying your utility bill, it's best if you can reach out before your service is disconnected.
City of Bloomington Utilities (CBU) offers several options to help customers manage their bills, including payment plans and direct financial assistance through our partnership with the South Central Community Action Program (SCCAP).

How We Can Help

Payment Plans

CBU can divide your balance into smaller payments spread over several months. These installments are added to your regular monthly bill, making payments more manageable.
