About us
The Bicycle and Pedestrian Safety Commission is a citizen's commission charged with:
- Developing safety programs.
- Serving as a citizen's forum concerning safe access for pedestrians, bicyclists, and runners.
- Encouraging the hosting of walking, bicycling, and running events in a safe manner.
- Reporting and recommending to the Mayor, Council and Public Works regarding pedestrian, bicyclist, and runner issues.
Statutory Authority: BMC 2.12.080
Generally meets on the 2nd Monday at 5:30pm in City Hall, 401 N. Morton St.
