The City of Bloomington is committed to a policy of non-discrimination in the conduct of its business, including Title VI responsibilities. Any person who believes that they have been subjected to discrimination under Title VI on the basis of race, color, national origin, or language ability may file a Title VI complaint with the City of Bloomington. Any such complaint must be in writing and submitted to the City's Title VI Compliance Officer within one hundred and eighty (180) days following the date of the alleged discrimination.

To file a complaint with the City of Bloomington online, fill out a Title VI Complaint form. To file a complaint by mail, download, fill, and mail the attached Complaint Form to the City of Bloomington Legal Department, Title VI Coordinator, 401 N Morton St., Ste 220, Bloomington, Indiana 47404.
