Assigned case to Dave Held. Dave made a intial inspection and found nothing wrong. Call Ms. Fixton and explained the results. Ms. Fixton stated that he was looking in the wrong place.Held reinspects and still belives nothing is wrong. Calls Fixton and tells her yes the ditch is filling in but now is not a problem. If the ditch continues to fill in call engineering and we will reinspect and reevaluate situation. Right now the problem dose not warrent action.
