New pipes put in last Fall. Since then drainage is non-stop . This freezes when it's cold and makes our yard all swampy. I will send a picture.

The cover for the water line running to my house (purchased last August 2018) is broken in half. Could you replace it?
We have paid our water fee,but our house still do not have water
I am having an issue with the pipes in my house vibrating for the last two weeks. The issue started on Feb 19 and has persisted since. The issue only happens during the day when the temp seems to be above 35. It happened Friday and Saturday over the weekend, but not on Sunday. I can hear tings in the wall that I never heard in the past. I have checked the water meter in the yard and over a time frame of 2-3 hours during the vibration there is 0.00 gal of water in use, but I have noticed when the pipes are vibrating my neighbors water meter is going up fast even when nobody is home, but when the vibrating is not going on their usage is none. It sounds like it could be air in the pipes or a high water pressure. I have flushed all pipes in my house and then turned the water back on and the issue is not fixed. Called a plumber and they could not figure out the problem.
Newly installed water line was turned on and it is leaking profusely directly from the meter. Shut the water off at street to stop leaking until it can be fixed. Dear Bloomington water department., Last week my pipes froze your team came to my home promptly and turned off the water right after calling for an emergency shut off at the meter. I am back to town and would like to have your team come back to my home and turn the water back on at the meter. Please let me know if this can happen this afternoon, I would like to be at the house when the water is turned back on so that I can deal with any water issues if I have a broken pipe. Thank you!
