We have had an on and off influx of horrible sewage smells on the south side of Bloomington for several months. It’s not just one house or a neighborhood. The smell is pungent from the corner of Old State road 37 south and E. Roher road continuing west to Roger and south to Clear Creek. Ever since construction started on west Gordon pike. It’s nauseating, has consistently awoken me from sleep, and is down right unpleasant. What if anything is being done? Hi, I'd like to report a sewer problem. There is a steady stream of water flowing out of a manhole. It leaks across the sidewalk and then onto Rogers where it flows into the storm sewer drain. It's on the northeast corner at the intersection of South Rogers and Coolidge. I just wanted to alert the utilities department about the issue. Thanks.
