I live at the corner of S. Park Avenue and University Street. In the last two months, there have been at least 4 traffic accidents at the corner when someone does not stop. While the police were called for 2 of the accidents, the others did not involve the police (drove off or exchanged information). The police were called when the accidents were significant enough to require towing away one (or both) vehicles. I do not know that a four-way stop is the right solution to reduce this problem, but something should be done.

There is a new "Domino's Pizza" on the corner of Walnut and 12th, and the delivery drivers are speeding down 12th street at night, compounding a recurrent problem in this neighborhood. There are no speed limit signs (I assume it should be 25 mph, as per City Code), no speed bumps and no stop signs for the five (!) blocks stretching from Walnut to Indiana. The City should at least install a stop sign at 12th/Lincoln and/or one at 12th/Grant to slow down the traffic on this residential street. Please help keep our streets.

Looked like E Morningside through Park Ridge is at 20 mph but Park Ridge East is at 25 mph. Can you make consistently 20 throughout? Thank you. Both remain residential areas, bike path, and such.

At the Atwater & Mitchell intersection Atwater becomes two-way going east towards High Street. Before the recent resurfacing of Atwater there was a painted arrow on Atwater Street just before Mitchell to warn drivers they had to turn left onto Mitchell. I have seen drivers on multiple occasions recently continuing on Atwater after crossing Mitchell driving on the wrong side of the road. Painted arrows and signs would be helpful at this intersection. I have speeding cars using my street (East Park Lane) as a shortcut from/to Smith Rd to 3rd St/Pete Ellis. This will only get worse when the new IU hospital opens. We have new families with children walking and biking this street. There isn't a sidewalk and this isn't about the amount of traffic. It is a road psychology issue. An example: delivery and lawn-care trucks w/trailers use out street to avoid the speedbumps on Morningside and Longview. Thank you for your attention.

I have spoken with Public Works and Planning & Transportation previously but i would like to put it out there again since there has been a lot more progress on Union at Crescent. I would like to put in a request that N.Oolitic Dr from the rear exit of Union at Crescent to W.11th St be rebuilt with widening and curb/sidewalk combos to full ROW width. In addition, i still request that the intersection at N.Oolitic and W.11th be turned into a 3-way stop (signs, not lights.) I truly appreciate serious consideration of these matters and I will work with the city in any way I can, within reason, with my adjacent property. Thank you.

Intersection at Chambers Drive and South Rogers is often blocked for vehicles entering or exiting Chambers Drive. Please paint large X or similar pattern on pavement to keep this 3 way intersection clear.

Intersection at South Rogers and Chambers is often blocked for vehicles entering or exiting Chambers. Blocked traffic is due to close proximity to Rockport and South Rogers intersection. Please paint white X or similar markings on pavement at Chambers and South Rogers intersection to keep vehicles off of this 3 way intersection.

Noticed the iu library crosswalk on 10th is getting worked on? Our class last semester picked problem areas in town and about half of us picked that crosswalk as super awful needing to have a overpass or a pedestrian signal, etc. Please please tell me it's getting fixed finally.
