West Allen between Rogers and Madison is still impassable on foot or bike. Understandable it wasn't a snow-removal priority on day one, but the City's plans list this as a priority transportation route.

The sidewalks by 10th and Walnut are covered in snow and difficult to walk on. There are many sidewalks on Walnut that are not cleared that has impacted the ability to walk to campus.

Why are there 32 New streetlights on west 1st st roughly the b-line to BHAS? Is this the new standard for streetlight place and concentration? Will other ares be brought up to the same standards as this area? There are not even any residents to serve? Was this paid by TIF Funds or other funds? If other funds what are they and are they funds sustainable ? Will all new areas get the treatment? Street lights question here because I was getting an error in the street light area.
