Dear city of Bloomington, Would it be possible to have some of the trees/bushes obstructing the view on S Walker Street trimmed? These are also growing over the sidewalk. The water at my house is down to the tiniest trickle. I checked to make sure I paid my water bill, because I was afraid that I had missed a payment and the water was turned off.
There is a business or something on 17th St. -- between Madison and Woodburn next to Bloomington Cleaners that has a yard full of dirt -- no grass, no plants. Every time it rains, the resulting mud washes on to the sidewalk.

My water suddenly started having an orange tint. I notice when I was filling up my dog's water. The water went from clear, then changed to a light orange tint. I noticed around 9:00pm 11/8/2018
