I live near this residence and it is becoming a major problem with yard waste trash. IT IS LITERALLY THE MOST TRASH-RIDDEN PROPERTY IN BLOOMINGTON. This is by far, the worst propert in Bloomington. I've asked multiple times for the city to help, and nobody has done anything. The front and back yards are littered with trash, and junk that he keeps piling up on the property, never attempting to clean up, or remove anything but continuously accumulating more trash. The appliances and items scattered all over the property are filling with water and becoming a breeding ground for mosquitos which when mowing my yard, I'm attacked by swarms of them. This property is becoming a major eye-sore and pain for us on this street. I have asked this person nicely multiple times if they could get this stuff under control, but they refuse. Someone please help us. He seems to believe he lives "In the County" and not the "city" allowing him to live like this. This trash is affected all other residents around him.

The water department dug this hole in my yard along with another huge hole earlier this summer. The other was filled and reseeded but this never was.

Water is actively percolating into the intersction, coming from pavement and along 15th Street in front of Fairview Apartments (615 W 15th Street), draining into sewer drains on either side of 15th Street, water also present along 15th Street to the east of this intersection, puddling. The water fountain is leaking. Water is seeping out around the base of the fixture. Thank you for addressing the erosion to the north of the steps leading up to the shelter and park. Also, there are multiple areas of erosion around the park. Notable areas are to the east of the shelter and to the south of the sidewalk on the south side of the playground structure but there are presumably other bare areas prone to erosion due to their location on a hill or in a high traffic areas. To prevent long term damage to the structure of the park and not having the shelter area turn in to a muddy mess, please address these issues.

Last year the City replaced a dead tree in the tree plot with a service berry. However, the service berry is now more than half dead, including the main trunk. Can you replace it with something else? The City did water it all last year so I don't know what happened. Thanks.

There is water seeping out of the ground and onto the pavement on the east side of Oak Street, the alley that runs between 5th & 6th Streets. On the other side of Oak is a fire hydrant. I suspect the pipe is leaking.

Our water tastes absolutely horrible and nothing makes it better. Brita filters are brand new, we added fruit as you suggested, and it’s becoming an issue for my family. We drink tap water daily and it’s our main source of hydration. The cost of buying water is atrocious but we have 2 boys who drink water all day. How is the city going to help us with this issue?
