Landscaping in front of this house and others in the area hang well over the sidewalk. This restricts walkability of the sidewalk and makes for dangerous ingress to the roadway, as it prevents the ability to see down Hillside Dr without inching out into the roadway to see past.
There are trees planted within a few feet of the center stop signs on eastbound 7th Street. Why? If you can't see the sign, you wont stop. No trees should be planted within this distance to a sign. It looks ridiculous and poorly thoughout. Remove the trees that are directly in front of signs.
Unable to see either Stop sign on Indiana at 7th from proper MUTCD distance due to trees. Remove one tree on each side. With bikes regularly running through this intersection, safety is vital.
The light at this intersection turns red when there are no cars sitting at the light on Deborah. Tapp is the main road the the light should remain green unless a car trips the signal from Deborah. Please consider changing this light from a timed light to a car tripped light. Let the traffic flow continue on Tapp.
UPDATED LOCATION Blinking flood light comes on every night. Every 30 seconds it turns on and off.
UPDATED LOCATION. Neighbors keep parking on my lawn. The landlords of that property built 2 additional parking spaces near the street (who knows if they got permits for that). The property line ends where the fence is bordering the two houses. They clearly keep parking beyond those limits
