There is a Lincoln car (plate 114PQA) consistently parked in the yellow, no parking zones at the southwest corner of Hawthorne and 1st Street. It makes it very difficult for drivers to see oncoming traffic.

I feel we are in an impotent city if we cannot stop such an invasion which results in emergency room visits and the trashing up of our-what used to be -quaint town.
