Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"
He left a voice mail message asking for information about the existing storm infrastructure near this address. When we receive heavy rains, the basement has water issues and they are considering a sump pump but need to know what it could tie into.
Christine emailed the following: I am writing to ask if you could give me an update on what is being done about the storm water management around my property. Spring is coming soon and we inevitably get hit with a lot of rain and runoff.
Ms Ochoa left a voice message. She is trying to figure out how she can make the front of her house look better. She is the only person with an asphalt gully; all the others have pipes. She would like to make hers nicer by putting in a pipe but doesn't know if that will be allowed or how it would be done.
Rick Alexander forwarded a voice message to me from Ms Anderson. She said they have a situation with their neighbor, his back yard joins their back yard, and he has rigged a pipe that collects water from his gutters and is going into their yard. It's coming into their back yard and she want to know if he can do that.
Mr Beckett left a message on 6/9/14 saying he had spoken to Phil about an issue with drainage and his neighbor and Phil told him I was looking at the situation.
Mr Pollock called with a question about storm drainage on his property and erosion.
Customer would like the supervisor over storm drains to call him, as he has some questions.
