The street drain and field drain on Preston Ct does not appear to be able to properly handle large amounts of rain fall. It is common for both to become overwhelmed, especially the field drain in the back of 3807 Preston Ct. these drains need to be cleaned and inspected for proper sizing. Water flow out of field drain appears o be insufficient.
Issue #173247 regarding the beehive drain and drainage ditches failing to drain rainwater on 8/3/2020 was listed at the wrong address (2739) and should be 2737 E Brigs Bends.
The city has come out and measured several times for a culvert to be installed in front of my driveway. The problem is that the street is higher than my driveway and this house is at the bottom of a hill. When it rains all the debris from the street and houses above me come into my driveway. There is so much water that my basement can flood and the water level can easily reach several feet deep. I have at the moment blocks of stones in front of my driveway so that the debris and water keeps going down Mitchel street instead of blocking the small drainage grates that are in driveway. Water ponding after rain. People walk on street or grass to avoid water ponding. One family had a stroller and had to go onto street to negotiate sidewalks filled with water.
Standing water in back yard after rain-neighbor to the east gets water in basement
Water run off from several lots behind me is crating an erosion of mud that is affecting my property.
There are several sewer vents on S Hathaway Ct. and Cathcart that have no covers and some sharp exposed edges
Neighbors storm pipe is drianing into customers easement into her back yard. CBU customer
says her HOA is planning to remove a retention pond behind her house and install a water garden, she does not want this to happen.
I am the homeowner and have recently built an attached sunroom with sinks at this address. I need to connect the water pipe from those sinks to the city sewer line, and so would like to request a detailed sewer line map of/around my property, if available. Thanks.
