There is a speed limit sign laying on my personal sidewalk that has been there for about 3 weeks now and I want it removed from the walk way. Theres no reason it should still be laying there when there has been crews all around us cleaning and fixing things. They just look at it and go on as if it's our problem to deal with. If Noone can move it for us I will gladly walk it to one of the sites close to me and leave it for them to take care of. Its been in my yard long enough.

Detour around closed section of B-Line Trail is not accessible. Following the detour leads pedestrians across a broken tactile curb ramp, across road covered in gravel. The makeshift ramp on the Hopewell side of the street was not able to be climbed by my wheelchair. I couldn't go West around it down 2nd Street on the north sidewalk because it's blocked by stones in the sidewalk. Couldn't go West around it on the south sidewalk because the sidewalk is blocked. Couldn't go East on the north sidewalk because the Seminary Park building has a big drop-off on the sidewalk. I had to ultimately use the Wendy's/Kroger parking lot to get where I needed to go. I'm quite frustrated that detour accessibility is not being planned ahead of time, before a detour is put into place

The turning lane going North on Rogers turn west on Patterson, is not working.

The traffic light at Rogers and Patterson/Grimes is a mess. It's not giving left turn signals to north or south bound traffic on Rogers. I saw this twice Friday and also Sunday evening. The light for Grimes is green a really long time. The cross walk is a full countdown even with no one there. This is staying green far long than it used to. The longer been east and west is making more traffic collect north and south on Rogers so it's a big backup at times without turn arrows. It's a mess. Please check it out ASAP.

This part of the temporary fence fell down and blocked the temporary walkway. I got it balanced precariously but this whole section is in need of more stability. The sandbags seem to be washed away, perhaps add new ones?
