Dana Leann Mobley called questioning why she is being billed for wastewater. Claims she is on septic. However, upon review of CUBS acct, it appears that she was part of the SR 48 project and the State paid her connection fees. Nancy has previous knowledge of this acct. Homeowner thinks CBU Engineering needs to look at ongoing curb/sidewalk project in the area of E. Maxwell Lane and S. Highland Avenue.
Rick Alexander transferred her VM to me. She called yesterday because there is currently a lot of work being done at 1st and Morton and she's hoping the storm drainage issue can be addressed. There are two storm drains in the area but neither are in the lowest spots so every time it rains, they have huge water issues. She works in the bldg at 1st and Morton.
Customer would like the supervisor over storm drains to call him, as he has some questions.
Sheila McGlothlin received a call from Mr Haney on Feb 6th advising "they have had a large plastic green pipe sticking out of their ground at an angle for about the past year. He was wondering the status of this pipe and what if anything will be done with it?"
Customer wanted to know how much of the sewer lateral is his responsibility to maintain.

Ms Underwood left a voice message for me on Friday 6/27/14 saying she was calling about the brick streets at 8th and Park and the sewer line that currently goes under the street.
Left a voice message saying her clients at the Monroe Medical Art property are affected by property taking for I-69. She was told we are working with the I-69 developer for utility relocation work and wants to make sure their water and sewer will be taken care of.
