On the second floor on the Morton Street parking garage there is a security camera hanging very low. I walked into it today and was badly injured by it. It is a very big hazard for anyone walking in the parking garage. This has caused me a significant amount of trauma and pain. I am certain others have experienced the same issue. Please get this fixed immediately. The negligence is unacceptable. My team of lawyers will be in contact.

We had Weddle Plumbing out today to rod-out our main sewer line (due to slowness). He didn't find the usual root issue they normally do on our line, and when he checked the city sewer access, we found the main sewer water level unusually high (and at times stagnant). See image attached. It seems like the city's main line may also need rodding. I hope this can be serviced soon, before it affects (back up into) our line (again?).

I discovered that AEG had drilled through my sewer tile after calling plumbers several times to fix sewer blockages. On April 9, 2024, I contacted Eddie Helmondollar and his supervisor Dave Craig (cc:ed above) with pictures of the damage and a copy of the invoice I paid to the plumbing company ($2250). Dave says that he has repeatedly contacted Accounts Payable to check on the status of my claim. But despite my regular requests for help, I have not received any assurance the claim is being processed or when to expect the reimbursement. It is now July—3 months since I alerted AEG to the problem. Please assist me with this request. Thank you for any help you can provide. Does not have handicap parking nor sidewalk access for handicap or proper dooring to allow a wheelchair or walker to enter the business. There is also no smoke alarms for the hearing impaired within the a building that has many obstacles to reach the only 2 Exits at the front of the building. There is a locked gate put in place at 8pm while customers are still in the building that blocks off the exit to the back of the building.
