812-340-2727 Report of a light pole blown over from the wind storm. Directed her to reach out to Duke, but wanted to see if someone could go out to see if it is actually one of our lights.
Received a phone call about the alley behind the homes on the east side of S Walnut, btw Driscoll and Wilson. The alley is very dark, and resident is requesting installation of a street light. Resident also mentioned that the alley has rough pavement and potholes.
Almost all street lights have been out at Oakdale apartments for months. It is almost completely dark around the entire apartment complex during the night/early morning. There are people walking around during these hours (some unhoused), and it seems like a safety hazard. Property management is aware & not responding to emails.

Light need repair been tuning on and off and flashes sometimes is not stable

Street lights on the following corners are out. Kennedy and S Burks, Willow Ct. And Kennedy, and E Burks and S Walnut springs drive
The street light by 3432 S Ashwood Drive goes on, then dims and sometimes goes off. The light does not stay on
