This would be my fifth email to you guys and it would also be number six in the times that I've been almost hit rear-ended because people are trying to race through the lights over on West 3rd Street around Eastland plaza . Since you guys have decided to set the signaling for the lights so once one light goes green and you travel to the next light that's just invisible sight it turns red so you have to stop again but if you guys got out of the office come over here and you can actually see what a mess you're creating all over town it's like this. There's zero logic behind this I can understand the lights through downtown making you slow down but we're not downtown nor are the other lights throughout the city that you guys have set up like this I hope one of your cars get hit and then maybe you douchebags will come fix it

Resurfacing of Grandview Hills Neighborhood roads took place this year. However, the job looks incomplete. Resurfacing took place on Grandview Drive, Post Road, and Staats. So I've talked to you guys before about this issue how you guys have the timing for the traffic lights set up and of course you know you guys basically said all their set correctly but here's the issue all over town and multiple times a day I have to travel various places in town for my job. And you guys have the signaling set up to where you come to a stop at one red light and it goes green and the very second you arrived the next stoplight doing the speed limit it turns red it's really bad on West 3rd Street but specifically the portion of town that I have to drive through half dozen times a day from Miller Street to 2nd Street you literally have to stop every single traffic light because you guys have set the traffic signaling to make you stop at the red light. Having lived a lot of different places this is something that's very unique to Bloomington you know I'm sure you're going to tell me that's the way it's supposed to be which in turn means that you just wanted to turn people from driving but it's straight bullshit on a busy road like that that northbound traffic or southbound traffic you guys have it set that way West 3rd Street you literally have people having to stop in the intersection because you guys want to play games!! Yeah it's funny because when I called the mayor's office they acknowledged that the timings were messed up but said they would defer to you people

Hello! I want to report that there is a lot of poison ivy at the NW corner of S Grant and E Allen St, 47401. This is right along the edge of the street on S Grant. We live at 909 S Grant, just up the hill, with two small kiddos, so we're constantly stressed out about balls, etc, rolling across the street and down into the poison ivy patches. I think this is technically right of way/city property if it is this close to the street? Not sure. I remember seeing in the past somewhere to report poison ivy, but now can't find it, so I'm just reporting it under misc and other. If there is any kind of city program to come remove poison ivy, I'd love to see it happen at that corner. There is a ton of ivy growing up a light post on that corner as well, some of it along the bottom might be poison ivy, not all of it is (that is mostly virginia creeper? something like that - the 5 leaf variety.)

The grass at 3522 E. Morningside Drive is really high. There is no one that lives there so if you post a notice on the door about grass/weed violation it most likely will not get seen. I believe the owner lives out of state. So how is this going to get resolved. The grass is high and unsightly.

My name is Kumar Vinayak, and I am a resident at 3220 E John Hinkle Pl, Apt D, Bloomington, IN, 47408. I hope that you can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Upon reviewing my recent bills, I have noticed a significant discrepancy in the water consumption. In the month of April, the recorded consumption was approximately 30 gallons, while in May, it unexpectedly increased to 35 gallons. These figures are undoubtedly incorrect, as such a volume of water cannot be reasonably consumed by a single individual. To address this concern, we immediately contacted our leasing office, as we suspected a possible emergency situation or water leakage within our house. They promptly responded by inspecting the property thoroughly but found no signs of any leaks or abnormal water usage. This observation leads us to believe that the issue may lie with the meter or its readings, as it seems to be continuously running even when the house is unoccupied. Given our status as students, it is financially burdensome for us to pay the exorbitant amount of approximately $1000 for water alone. This kind of billing discrepancy is highly abnormal, as it greatly surpasses our electricity bill, which amounts to approximately $100 per month. I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter and urge you to investigate the issue thoroughly. I have attached a copy of the bill for your reference.
