Our water consumption has spiked in the last two months and continues even with the good weather. Before the spike, we averaged under 100 gallons per day. Now we are averaging 175-200 gallons per day. I have checked toilets for leaks, under sinks, the outside faucet, etc. We have not changed our water usage practices. I can only wonder if the meter is miss reporting our actual usage. Can City Utilities check to make sure the meter is reading properly? Our address is 3916 N Whitewood Way, Bloomington, IN 47404

Cover to my main H2O shutoff at the street apparently was buried by dirt when they installed the fiber box on the SW corner of my lot. Today I was Unable to locate cover without metal detector to keep the vegetation clear of it. I have a plumbing project coming up that I’ll need to shut off the water at the street this summer. One of the water meter covers for our culdesac has been run over by the mowers and is half off the meter sump!

My mowing service sheared off the water meter sensor in my yard. I can’t even find all the pieces, so it will have to be replaced. They also knocked the cover loose so that will have to be secured. If I need to pay for this just put it on my monthly water bill and I’ll collect from my mower. Thanks and sorry!

Water meter cover at the given address is broken and dropped into the service well. Apologies if this is a duplicate. Looks like construction equipment from nearby site may have run over the cover, resulting in the situation.

Low water pressure. Over the past year our domestic water pressure has been getting worse and is now perhaps at a 1/4 of what it should be. We have had the line from the meter to the house replaced previously. I expect we have a connection issue to the water main. Please advise.

Only three tenants at the location, but water usage is 11k gallons. I suspect some sort of water leak, as tenants aren’t taking 5 baths a day. Would like to get the water meter checked, if there’s no leak. I will also contact the rental agency. Let me know via email or call. Thank you.
