Customer is very upset about the fact of having to pay a higher rate for their irrigation water vs their house water. Also, they were surprised about the $18 fee to have the meter s/o in the fall because we used to not charge a "disconnect" fee only a "reconnect" fee in the Spring. I explained to her the policy had changed, and to avoid paying the service fees over the Winter she would have the $18 s/o in the Fall and the $18 turn on in the Spring. I let her know each trip was a svc call.
We were overcharged for water this month. The SA Customer Portal Dashboard says we consumed 1,774 gallons of water from August 2-September 1, and the bill claims we consumed 3,000 gallons.
I AM TRYING TO PAY MY WATER BILL, AS IT IS DUE TODAY, AND I CANNOT FIND THE EMAIL WITH MY ACCT# ON IT; I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO ACCESS MY ACCT# THROUGH YOUR SITE SOMEHOW AND AM NOT ABLE TO DO THAT; HOW DO I PAY MY BILL WITHOUT THAT ACCT#?
Hello, My bill was paid but my water is still not working?
We've been charged an exorbitant amount in the water bill for December. The house was empty with no tenant for more than half the month with all the water supply turned off. It is impossible that the meter reading has come to such a high number! Even if the house was in use for the entire month still the consumption has never cost over 70-90 dollars. Please check into the readings and the bill as this is an atrocious for us students to pay!

Letter from Fice President of Wapehani Hills Apts. requested hearing before USB Admin. Subcommittee re. "extremely high water bill." Will schedule meeting and advise customer of date, time, and location.
My water Utilization is up by a factor of 4 from past months. There is nothing that we are doing to dramatically increase water use. Either past or current metering is in error or there is some kind of major unknown usage.
A leaking water valve related to lawn irrigation system was discovered during inspection of the system. Apparently was leaking for several summer months. It had a slow leak when system was idling but had a significant leak when irrigation was occurring. I am requesting a bill adjustment for at least September and October water and sewer service, though the problem likely started in July.
