There is water leaking on the pedestrian path on the North side of the bypass just East of Fee/Matlock. I smell an odor of sewage when I pass through the wet spot on the path.

The storm water drain located at the front of the house is flooding. I have cleaned the area, however its an issue in heavy rains. I have reported this issue previously as well. Appreciate if someone can come out and address the issue since its the only drain along the street. The drain is on the left side of the driveway. Thanks

It looks like the photo I'm trying to send may not be working.. but anyway.. In front of 1309 South Lincoln is a gutter that is NOT accepting water..the issue is NOT a plugged gutter at the street level because I have cleaned it out myself.. THis has been going on for YEARS and I've reported it twice..The city looked into it and said that there is no blockage,, but since the water backs up at Every rain, the something is obviously wrong..If you can't get a full street view from the photo I've sent with this message let me know where I can send an email with a photo attachment..Thanks.. Hi, My water connection was cut off because I lost my card and couldn't make payment. I'm charged some$90 fee for this. I've been and to pay my bill today. I'm already going through depression. I'm an international student at IU.I request the department to please waive this fee. I'll make sure it never happens again.

Is Pickwick still scheduled for repaving? I reported in April that rushing water has created an erosion of Pickwick at the front of my driveway, that is now about a 3-4 inch shelf that people have to drive over. I saw that someone came to Pickwick and did some patching, but only on the other side of the street, and did nothing with our problem. I do want to get my driveway re-paved, but want to see Pickwick repaired before I have that done. thanks for any help you can provide. Jim

The sidewalk has a serious dip and all the water collects here when it rains, making it unpassable.

The issue with this ongoing construction site continues. The workers on-site drove over the silt fence that was supposed to stop concrete run off and they have made no attempts to fix it. Every single time it rains, there is a build up of run off on the sidewalk that prevents water from draining properly and is contaminating the water systems with who knows what. The property has not ever disposed of it properly either (they literally just shovel it onto a tree stump instead of renting a proper disposal receptacle).
