Utility crews cut into the road to install new water connection/meter. The patch of gravel they left behind was hastily and poorly covered with a thin layer of asphalt and is still filled with loose gravel. Cars are flinging gravel all over the street and the whole is getting larger by the day. Please address this soon, as it was a direct result of the city's actions and the poor work of city employees.

The drainage easement at the south end of Greenwood Dr., where it dead ends into the sidewalk, is blocked with a landslide of debris. The water level rose to 3 feet on either side of the sidewalk and covered three properties adjacent to the clogged drain with water and debris. Thank you for your help. Jim and Debbie Quinn

We have city built ditches/basin along the streets for rainwater drainage in the area. I recently noticed there is a big hole in the middle of the ditch, lots of the water goes into that hole when it rains, looks like it keeps getting worse. Can you send someone to take a look, and get the hole patched please? Hi, not sure what category this goes into...at the corner of Woodlawn & Southdowns, southeast corner, there's a big culvert on the east side, and this was blocked by leaves. When I walked by this morning the ditch was 4' deep full of water and spilling over the road; on my way back a guy & his dog were trying to clear out some of the leaves. Can someone please check the storm sewers in the 800 block of S. Stull Ave.? We can see when we look through the grates that there is very deep water standing (not flowing) in the drains. There may be a clog somewhere? We are being over run by mosquito's and are concerned that mosquito's are breeding there. Thank You!

There was a water main break at my address a few months back. Utilities had to dig in my front yard to replace the pipe. I assumed that someone would come back to fill the dirt in, but no one ever came. I have a five-year-old child and it's a dangerous spot. Please send someone to take a look at it and fill the dirt back in.

At the intersection of Rose and E Second a water main valve cover is upside down and sticking out. The edges are sharp, could ruin a tire one of these days.

Both 423 S. Jordan and 424 S. Jordan (directly across the street) are having slow rate of drainage into the sewer. Two weeks ago our house (423 S. Jordan) which has a newer PVC drainage line connecting to the main was cleared and no major blockages noted by the plumber. Now that both sides of the street are experiencing the same problem, suspect the problem maybe in the sewer line under the street. There is also some water visible in the street against the curb at 424 S. Jordan that could be related (there has been no precip today).
