I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.
The Hunter foot path, between Eastside and Mitchell, which is maintained by the city, has a spring bubbling up through the pavement at the west end of the house at 500 Eastside Drive. You can see that the water is undercutting the pavement, and the city can expect that it will collapse in upon itself sooner or later. Hopefully, not when somebody is walking or biking over it.

Can I say that we are thrilled with the new way trash is being picked up now? No. Furnace filter still in the trash can, other trash sitting next to the trash can, collecting rain water. Not a good job this morning. 700 block of Eastside Drive.
The Side walk on the following locations: The Northwest corner of 7th and Dunn as well as the Southwest corner of 7th and Dunn is cracked and it collects mud, water (and ice in the winter) The pavement is uneven and creates a hazard at night

Dear Bloomington water department., Last week my pipes froze your team came to my home promptly and turned off the water right after calling for an emergency shut off at the meter. I am back to town and would like to have your team come back to my home and turn the water back on at the meter. Please let me know if this can happen this afternoon, I would like to be at the house when the water is turned back on so that I can deal with any water issues if I have a broken pipe. Thank you! We would like to buy the lot recently given address 2950 Lakewood Ct. (47404). On the property line is a drainage outlet which creates a serious flow of water. I'm worried about erosion and would like minimally some rocks placed at the outlet. The photo shows where the water collects downstream of the drain.
