This is my second report on this issue: Water meter protruding approx. 2.5 in the *middle* of the sidewalk near 438 W Somersbe Place (county). I have seen numerous people trip and one person fell but fortunately was not seriously injured. It is only a matter of time until someone is. The liability is yours. account: 34550-003 meter: 94833609 While our statement indicates we usually use between 1,000 and 2,000 gallons of water per month, our bill indicates we used 4,000 gallons in November and 7,000 gallons in December. meter no: 94833609 11/18-12/09 7000 gal 21 days 2 people We inspected our crawlspace for leaks or points of usage and our convinced there are none.

The bike path on the side of Arlington Ave. between 17th and North st. has some very rough sections and pot holes that hold water making navigation difficult and dangerous after a storm.
