House had fire a few months ago. Water pipe burst after that and flooded the basement. Basement door is not secured. House is very unsafe.

Michael complains of tall grass and weeds, and standing water causing mosquitos. These issues are located in the back end of the property. This has been a problem since January. Please see written report.
Perpetual, seemingly continuing health problems - including gas leaks, lack of hot water on occasion, and some structural concerns. The sewage system is also extremely suspect. Repeatedly, (at least two times) raw human sewage has leaked in large quantities into basement. Fortune Properties took over a week to repair, and even then, more work was needed that was done.
Riedweg stated that the University Lutheran Church used to have asphalt curb along E-W alley and now that the alley has been repaved so many times the curb is now delete. Due to this problem, water is running off onto the Church's property in their basement. Please call either Riedweg or Betty Vance.
Customer was very upset that his water usage has increased so dramatically. I explained the usage period, insp. results, etc. He was insistent that the changing of the meter had damaged his toilet (by allowing air to get into the lines). He stated that he planned to contact his atty. I referred him to Risk Mgmt. He did not wish to listen to any explanation regarding his usage. I printed out his account history and meter readings for him. I also contacted Ed S. regarding this matter.
Trash everywhere. Standing water. (Health Department came in with complaint)
